The Global Fintech Fest (GFF) began its journey in 2020, in the middle of the global pandemic. What started as a fully virtual event to bring together fintech leaders and policymakers during a time of crisis, quickly evolved into the world’s most influential platform for fintech dialogue and innovation.
The first two editions were hosted virtually, laying a strong digital foundation and reaching stakeholders across geographies. As the world reopened, the GFF transitioned to its physical format in Mumbai, India’s financial capital. Since then, the event has grown exponentially in scale, stature, and impact, becoming the centerpiece of fintech in India and a beacon for the global community.
The GFF is co-organized by the Payments Council of India (PCI), National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), and the Fintech Convergence Council (FCC), and enjoys the active support of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and key government ministries and departments.
