About the Hackathon
As part of the Global Fintech Fest 2025 (GFF 2025), Department of Financial Services (DFS) in collaboration with Indian Banks’ Association (IBA), and 12 Public Sector Banks (PSBs), is proud to present the PSB Hackathon Series – 2025 — an initiative to redefine the future of banking through collaborative innovation.
This landmark hackathon is a confluence of public sector banking leadership, cutting-edge technology, and emerging talent from across India. Focused on Cybersecurity and FinTech, the hackathon addresses mission-critical challenges across:

- Digital Financial Inclusion
Over the course of this pan-India series, shortlisted teams from leading academic and innovation hubs have worked alongside domain experts from banks and academia to develop next-generation solutions tailored for implementation in real-world banking environments.
